La LED personnalisée 2014-2019 KTM 1290 Super Duke R Le feu arrière à LED intégré Blaster-X a été conçu pour remplacer directement le feu arrière OEM. L'unité s'installera avec exactement le même ajustement et les mêmes connecteurs électriques que l'unité OEM. Aucune coupe, épissage ou modification de carrosserie n'est nécessaire, quoi que ce soit.

Notre feu arrière Blaster-X est entièrement compatible avec cette moto, ce qui signifie qu'il n'y a pas d'avertissement d'ampoule, d'erreur de diagnostic ou de taux de clignotement rapide. Il n'y a pas d'égaliseurs de charge externes ou de relais clignotants nécessaires pour un bon fonctionnement avec notre feu arrière Blaster-X.

Du matériel supplémentaire peut être nécessaire si vous souhaitez retirer l'ensemble garde-boue OEM et/ou modifier la carrosserie de votre moto. L'ensemble de garde-boue prend généralement en charge la plaque d'immatriculation et les clignotants OEM. Sur certains modèles, le retrait de cet ensemble garde-boue laisse des espaces ou des sections inachevées de la carrosserie sous la section arrière. Gardez à l'esprit que notre produit remplace directement le feu arrière OEM et ne nécessite aucune modification supplémentaire .

L'installation de ce produit nécessite que vous retiriez le feu arrière OEM de la moto et que vous installiez cet appareil à sa place. Veuillez consulter un technicien qualifié ou votre manuel de réparation pour connaître la procédure appropriée pour retirer le feu arrière OEM.

Great service… however

So, I had this tail light previously fitted, though a few years ago. As another review has mentioned, it does let an amount of water in. It doesn’t seem to be 100% waterproof and eventually, it failed. The picture is the water mark inside the base of the light (I never ride in the rain, so I’ve no idea how that happened) Ordered another one for a very reasonable price, but got stung for the shipping to the UK at $60. The shipping was incredibly quick, even came a day early and the light was really simple to install. As stated in another review though, would be nice if it was a little darker. Ultimately, a great company offering this at a decent price and really swift delivery. We’ll just have to see if this new one keeps the water out.

Thank you for your review! I would like to understand more about the water infiltration issues you had with our tail light. We have not had many reports of this issue, and this is our best selling tail light. It’s possible that people choose not to contact us, so I’d like to learn more. In the original condition, the only “openings” on the tail light are the vent hole in the rear, and the wire grommet (which will eventually allow water to infiltrate). These are both on the back of the tail light. Normally, if the undertail is intact, no water will come in contact with the back of the tail light. However, any holes in the undertail will allow tire-spray to infiltrate over time. Certain fender modifications can cause open holes in the bottom of the undertail which will eventually be problematic, and should be corrected. You mention you did not ride in the rain, so that might not be the issue. We had another customer who occasionally put luggage or passengers on their rear seat, and they inadvertently put pressure down on the top of the lens which caused it to separate slightly from the black portion back of the tail light, thereby letting water in. Lastly, we do offer a $20 refurbish service. But this is only useful if the tail light is sent in before any accumulating water inside of the lens causes corrosion on the electronics. Great product and fast delivery (NL)

Great tail light with integrated blinkers. I really don’t know why this isn’t default on a bike. It looks great without the extra blinkers. The quality of the light is very good (normal and blinkers). I think it is better then the default light. I did bought the tail light because I needed a solution to fit my side bags on my bike. With the default blinkers it would not fit. I looked for other options but could not find anything good. After a long search I finally came on this site and saw the integrated tail light. And it was worth the money. The tail light is simple plug and play as told without any extras needed. The delivery is also very quick. I chose for DHL express ($10 more then default shipping) and that was also worth it. I had my tail light shipped to me in the Netherlands in 2-3 days. Great service and would order again from this site if needed.

Hello, does this part have the parts to connect the tailight to the bike such as the two screws, washers, and rubber bush? Reason i ask is beacuse i bought the bike used and noticed some of the parts connected to the tailight arent OEM or the right size screws.

Hello Marco, our tail light does not come with any of the OEM mounting hardware as it intended for the hardware that supports the OEM tail light to be used to support our tail light. If you don't have this hardware, it can be purchased online. The OEM Part numbers are as follows: 0081050141 EJOT PT screw K50x14 0522040003 WASHER DIN522 A2K 4.3X20X1.25 61013013000 RUBBER BUSH 05 You will need TWO pieces each of part number. You can find them online at USA stores, or at a KTM dealership. Hello, I brought the Blaster-X Tail Light for my 2014 Super Duke R 1290 and there’s only two plugs under my pillion seat. Your product has a plug for both blinkers and one for the tail light. I have only one plug for both blinkers so I can’t fit it, can you help me?

Chris, please allow me to copy and paste directly from the Installation Instructions that shipped with the tail light. "The brown and green wires have connectors attached which will plug directly into your motorcycles harness with no modifications necessary. You must disassemble the factory fender assembly which holds the blinkers and license plate, to extract a subharness which branches off into a left, right and license plate light connector. You will need torx bits to do so. The green wire controls the right blinker operation, and the brown wire controls the left blinker operation. Make sure you connect them properly."

2023 Super Duke GT. I installed this tail light today. This converted my US market incandescent bulb turnsignals to the integrated LED signals. Now I'm getting MTC and MCU errors due to unexpected voltages and "insufficient power supply" errors. Is there another part I need to install to make this tail light work with my 2023 SDGT?

Hello TKD, our tail light is 100% plug and play as-is. The errors you are reporting have nothing to do with the tail light monitoring system. If you had an error related to the tail light, it would be a PL Lamp error or other lighting related error. Perhaps your battery ran low during installation thus triggering the errors, or it's purely coincidence. You can re-install the OEM tail light and see if the problem persists as expected.
