Refund policy
Our return policy is that we refund the merchandise value (subtotal on invoice) less a restocking fee for items returned in unused/unopened condition within 30 days of receipt.
We do not refund shipping charges to and from Custom LED. All orders that are canceled after the order has shipped will be treated as returns. Only items purchased directly from Custom LED qualify.
To avoid restocking fees, be sure to return the item in as-shipped condition. This means with sealed bags unopened, and all items included with the original shipment.
Restocking fees may apply to returns received that require inspections, and are a minimum of:
- 5% for load equalizers, led automotive bulbs, electronic led flasher relay, OEM Connectors, Hyper-X LED and Driver, Wicked Strobes
- 10% for integrated led tail lights
- 20% for universal round led clusters and universal led flushmounts.
Restocking fees may be higher if items need to be repackaged and inspected.
Items that are damaged in return-transit are not eligible for refund. Items that are opened or installed may not be eligible for a refund.
These return policies may apply only to items purchased directly from customled.com.
