Overview

The no-cut diode kit for the 2008-2012 Ninja 250R properly fixes the common 4-way blink problem that occurs when switching to LED blinkers on the 08-12 Ninja 250R. The 4-way blink problem is when all blinkers illuminate at the same time - regardless of which direction you choose on the handlebar turn signal switch. The problem has to do with the way the indicator light in the gauge cluster is configured.

This kit will properly re-configure the indicator light in the gage cluster so it functions properly with LED blinkers installed on the motorcycle, AND eliminates the 4-way blink problem.

Blaster X Taillight

I had bought a cheaper version of this tail light was an epic fail! I found this tail light ordered it and couldn’t be happier! Complete plug and play. I also ordered the diode kit that was recommended! Well worth it!

No cut diode kit

This kit worked great, fixed signal light issue within 15 minutes. Hardest part was taking fairing off my 2010 Ninja 250.

TURN SIGNALS WORK!!

This No-Cut Diode was just what we needed to get the turn signals to work. Prior to installing the diode, all 4 blinkers would blink at the same time if the right or left signal was turned on. Custom LED is the place to go for all Ninja electrical changes for your bike.

Perfect product for the job

I bought the no-cut diode kit and it was very easy to install on my Ninja. All I needed was a narrow screwdriver to relocate a pin, a 10mm socket to fasten the ground and otherwise it was an easy plug and play. No stripping wires, soldering, shrink wrapping. Great value for the money and allowed me to upgrade the look and safety of my bike. Nice bright signals. Thanks for a great making the perfect product for the home mechanic. Jimbo

Will this directly fit the previous generation model? The 88-07 250R? I know alot of the parts are shared.

Just installed the kit according to the directions. Everything works great except when left blinkers on the dash indicator light does not flash. Works fine for right blinker. Any idea what would cause this issue

Hello Dave, when connected and functioning properly, the left and right blinkers will function normally as will the indicator lamp in the gauge cluster. Please carefully re-check your installation using the color instructions which are downloadable from the product page.
