This toggle switch is an accessory for all Blaster-X Tail Lights. This switch will allow you to control the strobe mode operation of the tail light, and to program features of the tail light. Refer to the tail light programming instructions for details.
Each unit comes with a 24" long gray wire to connect to the tail light gray wire (control/program wire), and a 16" long black wire with ring connector for ground connection at battery or anywhere on frame.

Our Universal Round LED Clusters with ColorChangeÔ technology! With these round LED clusters, you can choose a primary (running) light color of RED ORANGE AMBER(YELLOW) GREEN AQUA BLUE DEEP BLUE (PURPLISH) PINK or WHITE - and a secondary (blinker or brake) light color of AMBER(YELLOW) OR RED.
With our unique ColorChangeÔ technology, the units will automatically switch between colors when you activate the blinkers or brake lights (depending on how you are using the Custom LED Universal Clusters) so the blinker or brake light is a pure color, and the running light is a pure color - and never both on at the same time!
Hookup is as simple as any 3-Wire lamp can be. There is a primary light lead, secondary light lead and a ground! For most applications, this will translate to a running light lead, blinker or brake light lead, and a ground lead! The Custom LED Universal Round LED Cluster will work on ANY 12V automotive system. The ColorChangeÔ technology is "on the board" and will automatically shunt the primary LEDs for the duration that the secondary light lead is powered with +12V.
Custom LED will be offering these units in various diameters: 1", 1.25" 1.5" and 1.85." The 1.25" Clusters are a perfect replacement for Halogen MR-11 Lamps, and the 1.85" Clusters are a perfect replacement for the larger Halogen MR-16 Lamps commonly found on cruisers.

The Custom LED Flushmount Inserts are designed specifically to fit inside of the popular Lockhart Philips Flushmount IIIs - which are a universal fit and can be mounted on any motorcycle with fairings.
The Custom LED Flushmount Inserts merely require the common three-wire connectivity to function properly (running light +12V, turn signal +12V intermittent, and ground - directly replaces any three-wire turn signal).

This is effectively a two wire turn signal converter for a standard three wire system (running light, blinker and common ground).

Usually, when you remove incandescent bulbs from a blinker system and replace them with LEDs - the stock flasher relay begins to blink too fast. This is actually the designed response of the flasher relay as it is trying to indicate to the operator that a bulb is burned out, which is not the case
Alternatively, it is possible that your blinker system will stop working all together - either the blinkers will come on and stay on steady, or they will not come on at all, or the left and right indicators will illuminate at the same time! Rest assured, Custom LED has a solution for you.
The Stage I Load Equalizer adds just enough load to the system to make the blinker system with the stock flasher relay operate properly again with your LEDs installed. Please note that the blinkers will probably blink fast though. If you want to slow them down to normal, you will need to go to the Stage II Load Equalizer.
